Lindsay speaks to Realtor Meghan McCormick about how buyers can be best prepared to make an offer on a home.  Meghan suggests meeting with a reputable lender to have a pre-approval on hand and ready to go before you start home searching. That way if you find a home you love you can submit the offer immediately!  She also suggest preparing by attending open houses and researching what type of home will meet your needs. When it comes to asking to view homes, Meghan says, “Please, bother us, and let’s go look at some houses!”
