Lindsay is probably the most competent mortgage person I know and just a pleasure to work with as a buyer. She is sharp as a tack and so speedy to provide approvals, preapproval letters, quotes for interest rates and mortgages, and the paperwork when it's time to sign the mortgage itself. She is also really nice and makes a very stressful process more of a friendly transaction with her as a trusty guide to walk you through the process. She is absolutely trustworthy and all the real estate agents will be more likely to feel confident a transaction will go through if she is your mortgage person. My agent, also a cracker-jack agent, first recommended I work with Lindsay and I quickly discovered why. She's really steller.

Rock-my-socks moment
Yesterday, I had a rock-my-socks conversation with Todd Barron and Nicole Laurie. They were extremely well-informed yet took time and care to make sure I didn't get overwhelmed; they responded naturally and appropriately to my accommodation cues (weird disability too) without any fuss; they were sweet, interesting, helpful, attentive, and kind; and, despite my rather low income bracket and annoying complexities, were entirely welcoming, unfailingly kind, smart, sane, and supportive. Todd pulled rabbits out of his hat, giving me several rational, feasible onward strategies and the context to understand them. I look forward to getting back in touch when we have made our decision about how to go forward.
I was very impressed by the sweet professionalism I found at every turn, from our first email exchanges to my arrival (and a nice hot cup of green tea!) to our very info-rich conversation to the thoughtfulness of providing branded lip balm (alongside the pens) in the skin-desiccating armpit of winter! Now *that* is real customer care :)
